2nd Annual Zumbathon® to benefit Watered Gardens
Where: Robert Young Gymnasium
Missouri Southern State University
When: Friday, March 30th, 2012
6pm to midnight - Doors open at 5pm
Cost: $20 online or at the door
Challenge: We challenge each participant to gather sponsors for this event! Bring in $15 per hour of Zumba ® (that's $90!!!) recieve a free goody bag!!

What is Watered Gardens?
"Watered Gardens is the result of a vision from God planted in the hearts of Christians. It began from within homes as a simple neighborhood outreach. As the awareness of God's compassion grew, so did the need for helping the increasing number of people. God has since supplied a facility from which to operate and the necessary participation of His people…the Church."
Purpose: " ...to serve the local Church in its mission to help the poor in Jesus name."

March 2011: 122 people completed five hours of Zumba® Fitness to raise over $6,000! This money was used to help with the costs associated with the men's shelter at Watered Gardens.
This year we need your help again!
"The Worth Shop.... offers an opportunity for the poor and homeless to be creative and endeavor to build products that go to market. The purchase of Worth Shop items in our community are reminding the 'least of these' that they have something to offer, that they have the ability to earn and that they have worth."It is with great hope that funds raised will also support a multi-purpose area that will be used as meal gathering place.
